Yup, incredible temperatures continue and the MET office informs us that this is officially the UK's seventh warmest October on record since records began! Nessie the Loch Ness Monster may well decide to sunbathe here so watch out for her on our live webcam.

Dunbar Cafe

We'd like to give little plug to one of our favourite cafes, Dunbar Cafe, in Inverness. It has excellent Italian coffee, free wifi and internet pcs and warm surroundings with comfy chairs and a good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and it has a good menu including our favourite - bacon and egg rolls! They can also provide an en-suite room in the centre of town for £30 per night (please drop us a message with your contact details and and we'll forward it to them).
The cafe is open 10 -10 Mon -Sat and 12 - 7 on Sunday.
It's address is 88 Church Street.

Well,so far it's been a quiet year in Loch Less but we aim to change all that at Nessie on the Net with geat enhancements to the to the Officially Original Loch Ness Liive cams as well as other great things.
We were delighted to visit Digwall recently and came across a wonderful new Spanish food and drink shop called SpainSun Delicatessen Products. It's s owned by Nelly (from Madrid) and her husband Enrique from Barcelona.Please give it a visit and mention Miikko and Aulikki
We believe in Nessie and we think late September 2011 onwards will be a brilliant and busy time up here - so stay tuned.
